I am a member of a Church that is considering purchasing a larger building because our existing location is too small. The new building is 56,000 square feet. It has a 21,000 square foot horse barn attached to it and the property consists of 71 acres.
The property is located in Henry County, Kentucky.
Question:
What, approximately, would it cost to get a appraisal done on a property of this size? $1,000? $3,000, $5,000? I’m just looking for a rough ball park number to take back to the finance committee.
