Chief Operating Officer
Russell Roberts, MAI
I have invested over 25 years gaining insight into the commercial real estate market, appraising nearly every conceivable commercial property type including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, land, special purpose properties, and more. I specialize in appraising commercial real estate and hold the highest possible credentials for a commercial appraiser – the MAI designation, awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
Bryan Howard, BBA
Bryan Howard is the Senior Managing Director of our office in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. A graduate of the University of Louisville, Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance. He has a passion for all facets of the real estate industry and its challenging demands. He has a background as a construction foreman, building contractor, real estate agent, and insurance adjuster. These positions have provided Bryan with a solid foundation to be an exceptional commercial real estate appraiser. Bryan is working towards his MAI designation.
Kevin Howard, BBA
Kevin Howard graduated in 2006 from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Kevin has provided oversight for various phases in the construction process for numerous building projects in the Kentuckiana area including Ford, UPS, Walmart, and Target. Kevin and his wife Alison have two sons, Christian and Cameron, and are actively involved in Northeast Christian Church.
Robert Lancaster, Ph.D.
Robert W. Lancaster, Ph.D. is our Senior Managing Director in Lexington, Kentucky. A retired Associate Professor of Political Science, Dr. Lancaster is an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He specializes in appraising complex property and has over 30 years of experience. His primary research interests at the university centered on sustainability theory.
He has published and lectured internationally on sustainability and is currently blending his research to reflect the political power of sustainability and its impact on real estate and social equity. Dr. Lancaster is a Candidate for the MAI designation and recently co-authored “Getting from Here to There: Power, Politics, and Urban Sustainability in North America”.
Alex Brosky, ARPA
Alex has worked in the real estate industry professionally for nearly ten years as a licensee obtaining his Real Estate License in 2007 and his Associate Real Property Appraiser License in 2013. He brings real world experience in property valuation, market trends, and business acumen to the appraisal process.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University, has completed numerous continuing education courses with the Appraisal Institute and the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. Alex served in the United States Marine Corps and is a Desert Storm veteran. He resides in Elizabethtown Kentucky with his wife Rachel and three children, Samuel, Paul & Madeline.
Hans Schmitter, MAI, CCIM
Hans Schmitter, Senior Managing Director of our Indianapolis office is a native of Indiana and has over nine years of experience in the appraisal industry. Hans earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and has an extensive background in construction, architecture, and engineering design. He is active with the Hoosier Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity since 2008. Hans resides in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife Lufi, and their daughter Anya.
Vince Howell, MAI
Quality Control Director
Vince Howell, Senior Managing Director of our Nashville office, has been actively involved in multiple facets of the real estate industry for over sixteen years. Vince is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and has obtained an extensive amount of education and experience during his real estate career including, a license in Real Estate Brokerage and licensure as a Home Builder in the State of Alabama.
Vince earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Marylhurst University and has since received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Currently, Vince is continuing to expand his commercial real estate knowledge with his pursuit of the CCIM designation along with continuing education from the Appraisal Institute.
Vince’s family currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee where they attend Rolling Hills Community Church and enjoy multiple outdoor activities in the Middle Tennessee area.
Daniel Carney, MBA
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberland’s. He has a background in real estate as a licensed home inspector and in economic development, where he has worked with a wide range of businesses, from startups to large industries. Daniel resides in his hometown of Springfield, KY with his wife Allison and children Celia and Joseph.
Erin Roberts, BSN
Erin has over 20 years of experience as an office manager and holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. With several years of experience in pharmaceutical programs, products launch, and work with sales teams, Erin’s administrative insight, experience, and multi-tasking abilities translate well for her move into the Program Coordinator position in our company. Her experience makes for a perfect fit to our fast-paced and innovative appraisal team.
Susan Tucker Myszka, BA
Susan Tucker has over ten years of experience in the Real Estate Industry including work as a Bank Real Estate Officer (REO) – with a background in the valuation, management and sale of trust properties. She also served as the bank’s Mineral Rights Specialist for the state of Kentucky. In addition, her career includes experience as both a real estate agent and mortgage sales specialist.
Susan graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and Marketing. She is also a formally trained chef and lives in her hometown of Louisville, KY with her husband Scott.
